All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.
The Weapons Production Support and Sustainment group at Boeing is seeking Entry Level Design and Analysis Engineers to join the Cruise Missile / Direct Attack Test Engineering Support Team located in St. Charles, MO. The successful candidates will be responsible to provide real-time operational support and technical expertise in the testing and troubleshooting of a variety of Missile and Weapon related products. The Team supports the production and rework of Harpoon and SLAM ER Missiles, Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM), Laser JDAM sensors (LJDAM) and Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) products. Operations are being conducted on a three shift basis. Job requirements include supporting the Automated Test Stations used to test the integrity of the missile and weapons components. Experience in support of a union production test environment utilizing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is considered a plus but is not required.
Essential Functions: Good communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to work well with others as a team. This position will require software and hardware troubleshooting and repair on both old and new test stations, development of solutions for obsolescence issues, maintaining test equipment configuration documentation and the following of documented processes and procedures. Flexibility to support operations as required on a first or second shift basis.

- Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
- Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
- Assists in monitoring suppliers’ performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
- Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- High capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering processes quickly
- Team player, able to work in collaborative environment and work towards a mon goal
- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines
- Willing to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months and highest level currently hold or have held.
- Experience using the following tools – CADDS, MAPPER, TOOLBOX, WIRS, Equipment Manager, and Capital Logic
- Software development experience with one of the following modern computer language, including C/C++, Java, .NET, Python
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience in military avionics and/or mechanical/electrical work
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
